We welcome applications from qualified, experienced teachers from a range of disciplines. We are also building a teacher training pathway for movers growing toward coaching.

You are teaching now, in some form: movement, calisthenics, yoga, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, or something with no tidy label. Tell us about your practice, what shaped it, and what you are drawn to.

Learn to teach it.

You train, and somewhere along the way you have felt the pull toward coaching it. You may hold no qualifications at all. That is a perfectly good place to start.

We are building a teacher training pathway at Totum, shaped around the people genuinely drawn to teach.

What we look for

  • You teach the feeling

    You can help someone find a position from the inside, not just copy its shape.

  • You have your own practice

    You still train, still get curious, and still find things you cannot do yet.

  • You are good with people

    A room where everyone works at their own level asks more of a teacher than a room where everyone does the same thing.

Qualifications matter for contracting, and we ask about them. They are not the first thing we look for.
