Our small group morning sessions are designed to help you build strength, mobility, and body control — all before your workday begins.

 

You’ll train with a supportive crew and receive personalised coaching based on your goals, what your body needs, and what you’re ready for. Each session moves with purpose — warm-up, skill development, strength work, and mobility — all tailored to your path.

Program Details:

 

 

  • When: Tuesdays & Fridays · 6:30–7:30 AM

  • Duration: 10 weeks

  • Where: Totum Movement Studio, Hobart

  • Format: Small group sessions (max 10 people)

  • Who it’s for: Anyone ready to train consistently and build real progress

  • Flexibility: Miss up to 2 sessions per morning and use them in an evening class during the semester

  • Sign up for Tuesdays, Fridays, or Both

  • PRICE: $240 each or $450 for both
