Strength is built in small steps.

but small steps are easy to miss.

I built this app so you can see them.

Most people don't stall from lack of effort.

They stall from lack of a clear path.

One exercise to the next, never sure anything builds.

Years of teaching this showed me what works, and in what order.

This app is that roadmap.

Each axis is one of our five strength categories.

The further a point reaches, the stronger you are there.

The dashed edge is Foundation: a balanced base of strength across all five.

Reach it on every axis and you have the base that everything else is built on.

Your Progressions holds the exact skills you are training right now.

And your current set of skills is part of a ladder you are climbing.

While we practise a variety of movements in class, this ladder is your consistent thread for growth.

Every step up the ladder

opens more than the last.

The climb, and what grows out of it Nine rungs ascend toward the top, one for each skill in the ladder. From each rung a growth branches outward, ending in points of light. The lower rungs put out a single short shoot; the higher ones carry several shoots that fork again and again into a canopy, while a soft field of light rises beneath the line: as strength and capacity increase, more movement becomes available. This ladder is the most direct pathway we have found to build your bodyweight strength foundation, and beyond.

At Totum, our practice is to

Measure what can be measured,
and treasure what can't.

The app handles the measuring.

The awareness, the feeling, the part that actually changes you, that's yours to bring.
