Programming
We structure our training in 3-month blocks, with two 6-week sub blocks. Over this time we focus on specific projects related to Strength, Mobility, and Movement. While our projects remain consistent, classes are always diverse to keep things fresh.

This approach ensures variety in movement while allowing students to deepen their skills and see progress in our core areas. We emphasise proper technique and individualized progress to help you become stronger, more skilled, mobile, fluid, and aware.
