The handstand is a fun expression of body awareness and control and a great goal to aim for to help guide your movement and training. Small Group
Training
$50 / person per 1 hr group session

Get a small group together and enjoy the personal training experience but with the fun and accountability of a small group. Perfect for parents, running buddies, climbing crew, older folks, friends wanting to handstand, etc..

Personal Coaching with Scott
-How it works-
Choose 1 -2 skills/goals you would like to work on. We can figure this out together.
​
You might choose to practice to learn the handstand, pull-up, muscle - up, achieve better general mobility, a full depth squat, or build the front splits, increase your end range hip mobility or any other goal relevant to you.
​
You receive a program with all the mobility, strength, and skill elements to help you on your goal with measurable results. ​ Each skill will have a range of strength, mobility, and coordination components.
​
Fewer goals at a time brings greater results, but if you have plenty of time and would like to add more, we can discuss. Generally it is better to focus on 1 or 2, hit those and move on to the next goals.

Teams, Clubs
and Groups
We offer specialised classes catering to the needs of your team, club or group. These can be at our facility or yours and can be either once off workshops or a curriculum of regular classes over a period of time.
If you would like to introduce your team to our methods we would be happy to work with you. We offer sessions in End Range Strength and Mobility, Handstands, Locomotion, Spinal Mobility, and Natural Movement.
