Mobility

Unlock range, reduce stiffness, and move with freedom. Go beyond simple stretching with dynamic, loaded, active and end-range training to increase range of motion and open up new possibilities for movement.

Skills

Challenge your body and mind. Learning new skills like a handstand builds whole body integration, coordination, focus, and a powerful sense of accomplishment.

Games & Play

Learn and build strength through games that feels like play but expands what you think your body can do. Play isn’t just fun - it’s how we build creativity, reduce stress, and learn fastest. Every class includes an element of discovery and joy.

What is 'Movement' ?

Our Movement classes include locomotion: animal-like movement that draws from gymnastics, martial arts, and dance.

 

Think flowing between bear crawls, lizard walks, and rolling patterns. It’s challenging, playful, and surprisingly addictive.

 

This isn't just functional fitness. It builds serious athletic strength, power and coordination that transfers to sports and activities. Plus, it makes everyday life easier, from getting up off the floor to hiking steep trails.

 

Sports scientists call this ‘movement variability’ - training your body to solve physical challenges in flexible, efficient ways.
